General Description
The PN7336 is a high voltage, high speed pow懂謝er MOSFET and IGBT drivers with a th學長ree independent high and low si書黃de referenced output channels for 3-p數體hase applications. The floating c是藍hannels can be used 和見to drive N-channel power MOSFETs玩算 or IGBTs in the high side configuratio熱得n which operates up to 6好雨00V. Logic inputs are compatibl線是e with CMOS or LSTTL outputs, down t算歌o 3.3V logic. A curren哥市t trip function which terminate物人s all six outputs can be體計 derived from an external current sen鄉土se resistor. An enable function is av為算ailable to terminate a錢火ll six outputs simultaneously. An open笑照-drain FAULT signal is provid黃頻ed to indicate that an ov老區er-current or under-voltage shutdown ha做議s occurred. Over-current fa著子ult conditions are cleared aut們林omatically after a delay能明 programmed externally vi如筆a an RC network connected to the遠鄉 RCIN input.
